SAVE YOUR TIME COLLECTING & TRACKING CLIENTS DATA
You’ve been jotting things down in a notepad, then you’ve had to rewrite them to a computer file or store them in a paper file to analyze. With 52C you can just make notes on your iPhone or iPad and all the data is automatically organized and safely stored within a client’s profile so that you can easily track progress, efficiently improve workout programs, and additionally motivate your clients.
CREATE WORKOUTS & EMAIL THEM TO CLIENTS
- use the predefined exercise base and add your own exercises on the run
- copy your workouts and assign them to other clients’ profiles
- send the workouts via email or print them out
COLLECT NOTES AND PROGRESS DATA
STEP 1: Enter client’s name. If it is a new client a new profile will be automatically created.
STEP 2: Put in a category (e.g. Weight, BMI, Body fat, Note, Photo, Video). Choose one of the available categories or create your own without limits. Just enter the name of a new category and it will be automatically created for you.
STEP 3: Enter the value of measurement or a text.
